Positions Available
Call Centre Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Handle individual claims settlement
- Resolve cases efficiently
- Database management responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in call centers or consulting firms (preferred)
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; basic accounting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management skills for multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Team player with effective interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
- Clear criminal record
